T-Mobile Software Applications

Challenge: Design screen layouts, interface elements, graphics and icons for a number of software applications used internally by T-Mobile retail and customer care employees.

Solution: Software programs allow T-Mobile employees to assist customers in managing their mobile phones and plans. Wireframes and program prototypes were created in Photoshop and Adobe XD to be responsive so employees could access the software across a variety of devices. User testing on designs was done in-store with real customer-facing employees. All feedback was analysed and incorporated into second and third phase software iterations.
